We are impressed with Asus Eee PC 900 little portable EEE PC 900. The keys are smaller but that is expected with a very small, portable pc and the keyboard isnt as small as my LV ENG phone which I had used on trips so I am looking forward to taking this machine with me on trips. Asus Eee PC 900 will carry easily in a carry-on thru the airport and that is why I got it. The only draw back is that in order to have any software on it you have to get a small portable hard drive which is no big deal. Asus Eee PC 900 is a great machine for the size and price!Also we want to thank all at the TigerDirect for all their help. We originally got one EEE PC 900 which had a few small problems and they told us to send it back and they also explained how to do that and all their instructions made the experience very simple and we had another machine before the week was out! Thanks TigerDirect Team! You turned our experience into a positive one!

I bought mine the day they released the EEEPC in the USA so Ive had a few months to play with it. The screen is bright and you can use it in the brightest light. Asus Eee PC 900 is 1024×600 screen makes websurfing an enjoyable pursuit using firefox. The Xandros OS interface allows even the most novice of users to get up and running quickly. My 79yo mother could use it! The WIFI on the ASUS is ROCK STABLE. Ive taken it through airports and Cafes. Once it acquires a wifi hotspot it locks on and stays on, and Ive had great results with wifi signals as low as 25%! Battery life is awesome. If you need a portable computer to do video Skype, surf the web Asus Eee PC 900 is the notebook for you. I like to think of it as my internet portal to surf the web and write when I need to be mobile. I can only make 4 complaints. The promised Bluetooth is not there. Trackpad buttons are hard to push. Small Keyboard takes a while to get used to. Built in mic sounds muffled. Other then that I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!!
