Free Agent QB Michael Vick’s agent says there’s “no chance” his client will sign with the Redskins. Joel Segal visited the Redskins at training camp on Tuesday but said the trip was not Vick-related. The NFL fined Falcons coach Mike Smith $15,000 for his role in a sideline incident with Redskins players during last Sunday's game in Atlanta, a league source confirmed. Redskins players Albert Haynesworth ($7,500) and LaRon Landry ($5,000) also were fined for their involvement in the melee.
