Larry Birkhead Testifies That Anna Nicole Smith Carried A Duffel Bag Of Drugs

(Bauer Griffin)more pics »Larry Birkhead, the late Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy, just revealed in the trial over his  lover's death that she carried around a duffel bag of drugs like Klonopin, Topamax, and Xanex -- to name a few -- while they were together from 2004 to 2006. Most of the drugs were prescribed to her by one of the trial's defendants, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor. Sources say Birkhead's testimony today basically centered around his accounts that Anna Nicole Smith popped drugs all the time, but no big surprise there.

The case centers around Dr. Kapoor, another one of the model's former physicians Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, and Howard K. Stern, and trying to prove they had a hand in the  beauty's 2007 drug-induced death. There are over 20 felony counts against them.

The next big piece of evidence supposedly set to rock the courtroom is a video of Kapoor locking lips with Anna Nicole, and talking about all of her meds. If it's allowed to be shown during the trial, it's pretty strong evidence against the doctor (who claims he is gay) that he abused his role as one of her caretakers by having a sexual relationship with his patient.
