Larry Mendte is a co-anchor for KYW TV's Eyewitness News at 6 and 11 p.m. in Philadelphia. He is also a former Access Hollywood co-host. He's currently being investigated for allegedly searching through a former co-anchor's emails and distributing the information to media outlets. Because of this, he has temporarily been removed from his spot as a co-anchor.

DAWN STENSLAND will be leaving Fox 29 at the end of her contract, sometime before the end of the year, the station has confirmed. The timetable of her departure is being worked out, a spokeswoman said yesterday. Kerri-Lee Halkett will take over as co-anchor of "Fox 29 News at 10" with Thomas Drayton. Stensland, wife of fired CBS 3 anchor Larry Mendte, started at Fox 29 in December 2001. She worked previously anchoring at CBS 3.
