There's one positive remaining about the Buffalo Bills' season. It's Jairus Byrd, the rookie free safety that's recorded two interceptions in three consecutive seasons for the first time since 1960. That's it. The offense is at it's lowest point in years, having a measly 18 first downs in two games. The Buffalo Bills have signed defensive lineman Corey Mace to the 53-man roster and released tight end Joe Klopfenstein. Mace spent the first 11 weeks of the season on the Bills' practice squad. The 6-foot-3, 287-pound Mace joined Buffalo in May 2007 as an undrafted free agent and spent parts of the 2007 and 2008 season on the team's practice squad.
