Nevada gambling regulators have approved a casino license for the centerpiece casino at the $8.5 billion CityCenter complex on the Las Vegas Strip. The Nevada Gaming Commission unanimously approved the license Thursday at a special meeting in Las Vegas. The state agency found both MGM Mirage and project partner Dubai World suitable as owners of CityCenter, which opens in phases starting next month.
