ABC's Nightline got a boost from the CMA Awards last night, which from 8-11pm was the night's #1 show. • Nightline drew 5.447 million Total Viewers and had 1.78 rating in A25-54 viewers. • The Jay Leno show at 10pm drew 4.683M Total Viewers and a 1.6 in A25-54. After attempting to watch Leno on several occasions, it was impossible and just not funny. Same goes for The Tonight Show. I loved the humor of the Late Show w/ Conan, but it isn't there anymore. A direct cause/effect from Leno? Dunno. I'm adapting, getting more sleep by going to bed at 9pm, instead of 11 or 12 is much better for me...and I bet half the nation, too.
