Differing points of view....
(http://www.internetdiscshop.com/)Someone recently commented to me that her dear friend was going in opposite directions from her regarding spirituality and their general life values. She had been finding this to be the case with not only friends, but lovers as well, and she longed for someone who was easy to get along with and didnt always challenge her views...here are some musings i had on this subject...

well, he is showing you exactly what you dont want!!! its his chosen path--he has the right--just like many people in my life who have chosen different paths...they show me what i dont want...and so i focus in even greater detail on what i do want...
because unless you SEE what you dont want, you CANT add the what you are wanting into your escrow...
seriously--i mean, you might be thinking--i want to be more spiritual--so, ok--thats stage one...and then someone shows you a spirituality that you dont want--aka religious doctrine...and so you add to your escrow that you want to be free of dogmatic religion--and then someone shows you an even further refinement of what you dont want...fundamentalist religious follower--and so you add more of what you want to your escrow in terms of spiritual rockets of desire...and so on and so forth until you have completely honed your desire to exactly WHAT you want...
this is why its ever so much more important to PAY attention to the contrast and bless it--so you can REALLY get to where you want to be...only by walking through the fire can you feel how very cooling and healing the water is on your blessed feet.
so allow your friend to be--and bless him--and thank him for his gift of contrast...whether you LIKE it or not, it is a gift and you can use it to your expansion--and as you expand--so does EVERYONE--including your dear friend....
