Saxophonist and founder the US rock group the Dave Matthews Band , LeRoi Moore, 46, has died from complications related to a June accident in an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) on his farm in Virginia. Moore had recently returned to his L.A. home to begin intensive rehabilitation. When the Dave Matthews Band returned to the studio recently there was a noticeable cloud over group. It was the first time they had gathered without saxophonist LeRoi Moore, 46, who died unexpectedly in August. But Moore is all over the band's seventh studio album, Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King. Most of the tracks were recorded last winter in New Orleans with producer Rob Cavallo, who has worked with Green Day and My Chemical Romance.
