Searchers looking for signs of missing Florida toddler Caylee Anthony in Orlando say they found a bag containing fingers and toes and another with stuffed animals inside Thursday, MyFOXOrlando.com reported. The divers, hired by bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, were combing the Little Econ River around Blanchard Park when they said they came upon a plastic bag filled with fingers and toes and weighted down with bricks. The second with the toys in it was also found and the area was roped off, according to MyFOXOrlando.com. ORLANDO, FL -- An Orange County circuit judge has ruled in favor of Casey Anthony's defense team in a civil suit matter. The judge ruled that Casey will not have to give a deposition under oath next week in a defamation suit filed by Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. She claims Casey falsely identified her to police in July as the person who had taken Casey's daughter, 2-year-old Caylee Anthony (photos). The defense did not want Casey to be deposed before her criminal trial. After hearing arguments from both sides, judge Jose Rodriguez ruled that only questions in writing can be submitted. Padilla said he plans to come back soon to search for Caylee's remains. This news came on the heels of a rough week for the Anthony family.
