Terreal Bierria, a former Seattle Seahawks player who started 12 games for the team in 2004, was arrested Tuesday on charges of first-degree murder in Slidell, La.
Bierria, 30, was a fourth-round draft pick of the Seahawks in 2002 and played 30 games for Seattle between 2002-04.

Games aren't the only thing Jim Mora is losing. The Seahawks' coach just lost his workout buddy. He moved to Los Angeles. So the fiendishly fit Mora isn't sprinting up rugged Tiger Mountain near his suburban Seattle home for his renowned, pre-dawn runs much anymore. He's also losing sleep.
