Leslie Cochran , a well-known street person in Austin, was found unconscious on a sidewalk by a taxi driver at around 1 a.m. October 3. The taxi driver called 911 and EMS responders found him having difficulties breathing on his own and barely responsive with signs of internal head trauma.
