Lily Rabe is the daughter of late actress Jill Clayburgh, who passed away at 66 yesterday after a 21-year battle with chronic leukemia. In light of her mother's passing, Rabe will delay her role in a Broadway production of Shakespeare's A Merchant of Venice, starring Al Pacino.
