Neil Hall, the legal adviser who helped guide the St. Tammany Parish Council through complex litigation including rezoning at Nord du Lac shopping center south of Covington and plans for a waste transfer station in Lacombe, will retire at the end of the month after serving in the post for the past nine years. The St. Tammany Parish School Board will hold its business affairs/administrative committee meeting Thursday night at 7 p.m. at the C.J. Schoen Administrative Complex in Covington.
