Lindsay Massaro

Lindsay Massaro, a 23-year-old New Jersey woman, was a student teacher working towards her certification when she was arrested on three counts of sexual abuse against one of her students.

According to a press release put out by Sussex County prosecutors, Massaro is being charged sexual assault, criminal sexual contact, and endangering the welfare of a minor. According to the press release, Massaro "committed acts of sexual penetration, and sexual contact with the intimate parts of a minor male."

Lindsay M. Mussaro, age 23, of Frankford was arrested on three charges. One count of Sexual Assault, 2nd degree, one count of Criminal Sexual Contact, 4th degree and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, 3rd degree. Mussaro is being held on $100,000 bail with no 10%.

Between March 21, 2009 and March 28, 2009 the defendant committed acts of sexual penetration, and sexual contact with the intimate parts of a minor male. She has posted her $75,000 bail and been released from jail.
