Mundus OS is an extension to Ubuntu which is easier to use for a new Linux user. Mundus OS can install Windows programs, mount Macintosh dmg's, install the packages of other non-Debian Linux distributions.
Although the themes and updates are those of Canonical, Mundus OS has the ability to install Windows programs, mount Macintosh dmg images (but not install them, since that would require closed-source APIs), LSB, Red Hat, Stampede, Slackware Packages, and most (if not all) of the media codecs all "out of the box".Read more:
