Jesus. This is a bad one. Gates is charged with burglary of a dwelling, aggravated battery of a pregnant woman and criminal mischief. Who even knew there was a contingency in the law for hitting pregnant women? Sheesh. Disgusting. The story is he, allegedly, kicked in the front door, trashed her apartment and roughed her up.
