Michael Jordan, the celebrity basketball player, has asked his lawyers to file a request to a judge. They asked Crawford County Judge Gordon Miller to permanently bar Lisa Miceli from having contact with him.

There were two paternity tests that were done in 2005. These proved that Michael was not the boy’s father. Michael filed a lawsuit to keep Lisa away from him. On Wednesday, June 4, Michael’s lawyers asked for the permanent order because Lisa did not respond appropriately to the law suit. Judge Miller will rule on the request in about 10 days’ time.

NBA superstar Michael Jordan's lawyers asked a Meadville, Pennsylvania judge on Wednesday to order a permanent no-contact order against a western Pennsylvania woman. The woman claims that Jordan fathered her four-year-old son. The woman's name is Lisa Miceli. She was thrown out of the courtroom today after she spoke out several times during the hearing.
Earlier in 2008, Jordan filed a lawsuit against Miceli to keep her away from him. A pair of paternity tests in 2005 proved that he was not the boy's father. Jordan's lawyers are now seeking a permanent order, claiming that Miceli did not properly respond to the first lawsuit.
The case will be ruled on by Crawford County Judge Gordon Miller, who will make his decision known in the next week to ten days.
