I own a copy of the book, "Slow and Steady, Get Me Ready" by June R. Oberlander. I have done many of the activities with my 3 year old. The activities are organized by developmental age of a child (starting at birth) and offer one activity to practice each week (until age 5). I like it because you can start anywhere and any time.
