Luella at London Fashion Week Spring Summer 2009

(Photo by Dan Kitwood/Getty Images Europe) London-based fashion designer Luella Bartley debuted another collection of fun, frilly skirts at this year's London Fashion Week. Her Spring/Summer collection is decidedly British, replete with short jackets, gloves, and dainty bows. Many of the models were draped in pearls.
Particularly adorable were the retro-inspired miniskirts in bright, splashy colors.
