Latest weigh in update on the Low Carb diet.

I had my latest weigh in on the Tesco ediet on Thursday morning and I'm please to say that I lost 4lbs this week which makes 10lbs in all in just 11 days. The menus this week have been pretty similar to last week with scrambled eggs, frittata or fried eggs for breakfast with sausages or bacon.
