Lucy Lawless put on a show at LA’s Roxy Theater, where she performed Pleasuredome,’ which is described by the show’s press release as: “The Pleasuredome” brings the audience into a world of sex, drugs, temptation and redemption, about which, Lawless says,”I don’t know why, but I do ‘Bad-Girl’ really well.” She further states, “My fans always enjoy a tale of redemption…with a heapin’ helpin’ of Wickedness along the way.” I knew Lawless could sing, but I barely recognise her form her Xena Warrior Princess days, especially in the schoolgirl outfits. Those in attendance were apparently very impressed with her performance. Read Full Story

Xena : Warrior Princess was a very successful TV series that ran from 95 to 2001 and a lot of that success was due to the look of the star Lucy Lawless and her very sexy, powerful, and well done costumes. I used to watch Xena … I started from the very first episode because I also watched Hercules - The Legendary Journeys starring Kevin Sorbo. Xena first appeared on that show and then went on to have her own. Throughout the series she had many great costumes. I am only showing my favorite warrior style ones here because she had so many costumes ... Read Full Story

Cause she fucking owns. Exhibit A [ Newsarama ] 03-17-2005 Take note of the date. Just about 5 (and a month) years since this ~*official*~ news of the Wonder Woman film, and where is it? No where. And it most likely won’t be anywhere. Gee, what happened? That ‘official teaser’ was official bullshit. What movie poster is drawn anymore? Its not 1956. Any douche who can mistake an obviously comic drawn panel of Wonder Woman as a movie poster deserves a blasting out from me. Just one mention of the actress with the double L initials are her most noted character playing their lame, ... Read Full Story

This is probably not a fair fight. That said, here is Kate Moss in Yves Saint Laurent’s “Parisienne” ad, wherein I imagine myself to be just like this in Paris next month for my LeWeb talk, but after eating some lasagna: Next, we have the trailer for upcoming film “Bitch Slap” (Jan. 8, 2010) which has Lucy [...]
