John Shoop is 42 years old, and spend the last 5 years at North Carolina. Prior to that, he coached in the NFL for 12 years as an assistant for the Raiders, Bears, and Panthers. He also coached under Jon Gruden with the Bucs in 2004, as quarterback coach.
