I just chopped a Chicken Breast and mixed it with Cilantro, Green Onions, Mayo and S & P, because that’s what I had on hand. I toasted a slice of Bread to make a half Sandwich, but ended up eating it open faced on 1/2 the Bread – I guess that’s better anyway.
