Oscar-winning actor Adrien Brody has signed to star in a big-budget reboot of the "Predator" science-fiction films, entertainment industry press reported Wednesday. Brody, 36, who scooped best actor honors at the 2003 Academy Awards for his role in Holocaust drama "The Pianist", will play a mercenary who battles the fearsome alien hunters, Daily Variety reported. It has been officially confirmed today that Robert Rodriguez will be rebooting the much loved Predator series. Sega have released the first screenshot from their upcoming Alien vs Predator on PS3 & 360.  The game is being developed by Rebellion for release early next year.  That is currently about all the information available on the title other than it is looking like it will be the first game Sega release since getting the rather lucrative Aliens contract, meaning we will not see Aliens: Colonial Marine until sometime later next year. We are full of love for Sega’s upcoming Alien vs Predator game, mainly because it seems so hark back to the pinnacle of the series, no not the original PC version, but the Atari Jaguar version .  Of course, it is being made by the same studio so perhaps that is to be expected.
