Stults, who turns 30 next week, went 4-3 in 10 starts for the Dodgers last season, including a shutout. Chiba Lotte reportedly thinks he can pitch in their rotation. General Manager, Frank Wren has done a lot in his relatively short stint in the Braves front office.
