FAISALABAD: Federal Minister for Trade Makhdoom Amin Fahim has said that the security situation in the country is not in a state in which holding of by-polls could not be possible, but added that a final decision in this regard has to be made by the Election Commission. KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, met Federal Commerce Minister and a Central PPP leader, Makhdoom Amin Fahim at his residence and extended him felicitations on becoming the Federal Minister.
