Duncan A. Borg Ellul

Duncan A. Borg Ellul, born on the 09th day of November, 1978. Duncan is a Security Risk Management Professional involved mainly in the Insurance business in conjunction with Organisational Risks and Compliance Procedures. Duncan is also an Academic Researcher in the field of Business Management.

At the age of twelve, Duncan used to perform public auditions at the De Porres Theatre, Sliema with Atturi Deporrians. As an actor, Duncan took part in major roles with the following Producers: Atturi De Porrians, Bronk Productions, Bonaci Brothers and Kumpanija Teatru Rjal. For quite a period of time, Duncan was appointed as a President of the ''Young Deporrians''

His acting performances amongst others were the following: Comedies.: Celestinu, Celestinu fid-Dar tal-Hares, Celestinu u l-Gherusija ta' Auntie Klor; Drama.: L-Ghasfur li m'Ghanniex Izjed, Il-Qalb li ma Felhietx Izjed, Id-Dell tad-Destin, Musicals.: L-Gharusa tal-Mosta & Snow White u S-Seba Nani.

Back in 1996 Duncan was also as a Radio DJ with Life FM 100.2 (today XFM) - one of the most popular stations in Malta.

Studies
Mr. Borg Ellul graduated from the University of Leicester, UK at Certificate Level in Management Studies in 2001 and then progressed towards the Diploma in Management studies in 2003. In year 2005, he successfully completed a Masters degree specialising in Security and Risk Management also with the University of Leicester, Leicester, UK. Duncan holds a Diploma of the The Chartered Insurance Institute, London, UK and is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute, London, UK. Currently he is a registered Insurance Broker with the Malta Fiancial Services Authority and works at GlobalCapital Plc, a leading firm in financial and insurance services.
