Paris Fashion Week: Louis Vuitton

Designer Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton closed fashion week in Paris with his Spring 2008 collection. Helf in the historic “Cour Carree” of the Louvre, the show attracted celebrities such as musicians Kanye West, Victoria Beckham,Courtney Love and Jamie Cullum as well as Sofia Coppola, Catherine Deneuve,and Dita von Teese. Models paraded in flashy outfits inspired by U.S. artist Richard Prince, who was also at the show. Jacobs also created some beautiful totes and handbags featuring bleeding stains of color also inspired by Prince’s work.
