Four months after their separation, CSI actress Marg Helgenberger filed for divorce from her husband, actor Alan Rosenberg, on Tuesday.

Helgenberger cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the proceedings. She is seeking spousal support, but doesn’t want to give him any (though, honestly, isn’t she the bigger on-screen success at the moment?).

“After 19 years of marriage, Marg and Alan have decided to take some time apart,” the actress’s rep told PEOPLE last October. “They love and respect each other and remain committed to their family.”

Helgenberger, 50, and Rosenberg, 58, and have an adult son together.
