Nintendo has revealed a Wii Wheel peripheral that will be packaged with Mario Kart Wii, which is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2008.
Cartoon, stylized versions of the Wii Wheel are depicted within the banner of Nintendo's official E3 page for Mario Kart Wii. As shown there, a button protrudes from the back of the Wii Wheel, which has a large, encircled Wii logo at its middle. The Wii Wheel has a hole on the right side in the back, which seems to be used to allow use of the wrist strap while it is in the Wii Wheel.
It also appears to have a hole on its left side, presumably to allow use of IR Pointer while it is in the wheel.

If the gameplay is tight then this game will be *PURE GOLD*.
I mean a Kart Racer with a virtualy endless amount of new courses? Personalized racers is just icing. If it plays as good as your average Mario Kart then I'm sold already.
Key word of course being "IF". Tevor_the_Third
