David Bowie's 'The Next Day' Video Gets Temporarily Banned From YouTube Over Disturbing Religious Imagery

The Floria Sigismondi-directed clip for David Bowie's "The Next Day" was unceremoniously yanked from YouTube within hours of its posting on Wednesday, presumably amid complaints of its juxtaposition of sexual and religious imagery. It was later reposted with an age restriction, so now you're free to watch Gary Oldman and Marion Cotillard play out some heavy-handed Catholic criticism while Bowie rocks out in the background — if you're over 18, that is.
