I took my daughter Chani to see the movie Kung Fu Panda today, and I’ve got to say it was one of the best kid movies I’ve seen in a long time. Mon, 02 Feb 2009 "Kung Fu Panda" has swept awards at the annual Annie Awards Friday, taking 11 prizes at the celebrated animation award-giving body. The Dream Works Animation film took home the top prize, Best Animated Feature, as well as the Best Animated Effects. DreamWorks Animation SKG has announced plans for a sequel to "Kung Fu Panda" to be released in 2011. The movie, like all DreamWorks Animation films starting in 2009, will be produced with 3-D technology, the company said in a statement Wednesday.
