The Philadelphia Eagles have signed wide receiver Jordan Norwood off their practice squad and released cornerback Ramzee Robinson. Norwood joined the team's practice squad Sept. 23. He originally signed as a rookie free agent with Cleveland after four seasons at Penn State.
