Philadelphia Eagles receiver DeSean Jackson will play Sunday against the New York Giants despite suffering a concussion two weeks ago, he told ESPN 950 in Philadelphia on Monday.  

I root for the Philadelphia Eagles twice a year. At Dallas, and against Dallas at home. That's it. So last night, I tuned in hoping that the Philadelphia team that beat up on the New York Giants would show up, and take advantage of a weaker Dallas team. The Philadelphia Eagles have signed wide receiver Jordan Norwood off their practice squad and released cornerback Ramzee Robinson. Norwood joined the team's practice squad Sept. 23. He originally signed as a rookie free agent with Cleveland after four seasons at Penn State. There's something about December that brings out the best in the Philadelphia Eagles. After two straight comeback wins in the fourth quarter, the Eagles kicked off their favorite month by routing the undermanned Atlanta Falcons 34-7 on Sunday.
