Russian Open 2008 Preview And Tips

Markus Brier Looks Set To Lift The Russian Open.

Unlike the British Open the Russian Open 2008 doesn't have a star filled field of golfers and to be honest I can't see me watching it but it is live on Sky Sports 1 so who knows I might take a look at the weekend.
I had a look down the field and can only spot about 6 or so players that I know so I fancy we can get the winner of this at good odds. Markus Brier is favourite at 14/1 and to be honest I think he is well overpriced as most of the field are rubbish. Brier is a good consistent player and I can see him taking the Russian Open 2008 with maybe two other players giving him chase.
Derkson is actually the 22/1 second favourite so that really says it all when second in the betting is 22/1 and well Derkson isn't that bad a player and at 22/1 is a good 2nd choice. Maarten Lafeber is sitting about fourth in the betting at 25/1 and I personally think that if you back all three of the golfers I have named you will have the winner and at those prices you will make a good profit.
So back Brier at 14/1, Derkson at 22/1 and Lafeber at 25/1 and let's all sit back and savour the Russian Open 2008.
