Monticello Raceway will celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Monday, January 18 and on that date the Sullivan County Oval will present its 10th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Pace, a harness race which features the talents of African-American drivers.

A dramatic presentation of a fictional meeting between Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X that builds on the theme “What Will Your Give?” will highlight Alma College’s annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Jan. 17 through 21.
