Sports Illustrated’s Peter King is reporting that former Colts wide receiver Marvin Harrison is planning on retiring. The report stated that Harrison’s injured knee as well as his inability to get it healthy is the reason for walking away. Here was a quote from King: “I’ve been told reliably that Marvin Harrison’s not playing any more. Knee hurts. Can’t get healthy like the old Marvin.” It’s been a tough offseason for Harrison, who was released February 25th by the Colts after he didn’t take a pay cut. Since then he has been really unable to find any team that has a legit interest in ... Read Full Story

Anyone interested in Marvin Harrison? I know he hasn't signed with anyoen yet and he may waiting for training camps to begin, for the reason of injuries and maybe soem people aren't working out as well as the teams thought. But, given outr situation with Brandon Marshall, don't you think it'd be wise just to visit the possibility? I mean, from what I've read, he's healthy, and looking to get on a contender. I think the Broncos are on the verge...

That is pretty much the theme of an article written at BR, it is also a reoccurring nightmare for me.  There are a few things that I don't ever want to see happen, at the top would be Peyton Manning dawning another teams jersey.  the pats or the Steelers winning another super bowl and of course; Mike (I'm a giant deuchbag) Vanderjagt ever attempting another field goal in a colts uniform, would have to be right up there.   The fact is Adam...

Last year around this time, we were greeted with the news that Peyton Manning needed knee surgery. The surgery, and the recovery time after wards, hurt Indy's chances to win games early in the 2008 season. The Colts started 4-4. When Manning got better, they finished 8-0. This year, it seems the surprise injury of the off-season award goes to Adam Vinatieri. Adam had hip surgery today, performed by the same guy who worked on noted baseball...

How dependent is Manning's greatness on the quality and consistency of his coaching? It is possible that the loss of his head...
