An upstate New York massage therapist has admitted secretly videotaping a client as she undressed at his business. Mark Boice of Jordan pleaded guilty Friday to unlawful surveillance in exchange for a promised sentence of one year in jail. He will be sentenced Jan. 11. Boice faced up to four years if he had been convicted at trial.
