Matthew McConaughey Turns 40!

Matthew McConaughey is over the hill today! The actor is celebrating his big 4-0, but you'd never know it because all the guy ever seems to do is run -- with his shirt off. He says he's actually looking forward to this next decade of his life, and we guess we wouldn't mind either if we were as in as good of shape as he is.

He wrote on his MySpace page (via People magazine), "The 30's were good to me and I'm really looking forward to my 40's, 'cause I'm a late bloomer."

He celebrated the big day with a huge bash last night, and he partied like a crazy college kid until 4:30am, apparently. He wrote it was a rager with lots of good stories and roasting, but, "Somehow, no blood or glass broken."

He won't be needing the Kleenex today, he seems happy as ever and wrote: "Got everything I need for a perfect 40th ... a happy and healthy lady, son, and another baby on the way."
