Matthew Whitton is a big-foot hunter, and a fraud. He and his buddy Rick Dyer claimed to have found a real Bigfoot in the remote Northern Georgia woods. They claimed to have a body, preserved on ice. They even went as far as convincing Tom Biscardi, a man known as a professional Bigfoot hunter, that they did indeed have the body.

Biscardi went on national television, during a press conference to back his belief that Whitton and Dyer had found Bigfoot. It was later revealed that Whitton and Dyer had, in fact, pulled off a Bigfoot hoax. The Bigfoot they claimed to have, was merely a costume.

Bigfoot a Hoax? No!

It's official, Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer, the two men who claimed to have found a Bigfoot body in Northern Georgia, are liars. In an announcement made Tuesday, which confirmed what most of the sane world already knew, it was announced that there was no Bigfoot.

Instead what Dyer and Whitton had was a pretty lame rubber gorilla suit in a block of ice. The hoax was discovered after two researchers, who had bought the supposed carcass, for an unknown sum of money, allowed the body to thaw so it could be closely investigated.

Once the body was fully thawed, it was obvious that the Bigfoot was a rubber costume. Steve Kulls, executive director of Squatchdecetive.com, was allowed to thaw and examine the body. After prodding the body and discovering that it was indeed fake, he released an official statement with his findings.

On August 17, both Whitton and Dyer admitted the Bigfoot was a fake. At the time, the two men were in California, following their Friday press conference, where they had announced their discovery to the world. They quickly fled their room, before legal action could be taken against them for their humongous lie and fraud.

The company, Searching for Bigfoot, Inc., run by Tom Biscardi, a notorious Bigfoot tracker, plans to take legal action against both Whitton and Dyer.

Tom Biscardi garnered alot of money from CNN, MSNBC and FOX News Inteviews. Not to mention the money he received for various other radio, TV, & print media interviews. Internet speculators claim Tom Biscardi payed Whitton & Dyer $50,000 for the rubber carcass. I'm certain Tom's media attention earned sums of money that far exceed this figure. Any "sane" person that followed this story was simply waiting for the fraud to appear. It did rather quickly, but not before it was dragged around the media for a few weeks. Hindsight allows us to witness the sheer hype & circus show this evolved into. When you glance back at the statements & claims that Tom Biscardi, Matthew Whitton & Rick Dyer made, it becomes clear that these 3 suffer from moral decay & void of intelligence. Whats worse is their willingness & arrogance to hold an Associated Press Conference in the face of total lies. The shameful spectacle frightens one, when you consider Whitton carried a Badge & a Gun and Dyer was in charge of jailed prisoners. These are men that could kill you legally, write a police report that you were out of control & violent force was necessary. Then have their "blue wall of silence" police buddies back the story. We know the drill. The magnitude of their ability to lie is outlined clearly here. Whitton was justifiably fired from his Georgia Police career. Obviously his former perceived credibility has vanished. These 3 thought it was perfectly acceptable to commit fraud & blatantly tell lies, then when they got caught dismiss everything as a joke. In this case, I'm sure these two imbeciles didnt expect this to blow up as fast as it did. They were neither prepared nor equipped to deal with the sudden magnitude of their lies, hoax, scam. At that moment - would be the time to come clean. However, their willingness to go to a press conference, blatantly lie on their website, mislead national news, & post YouTube video declaring their discovery as fact....proves pre meditated malice & fraud. Their intentions became clear after it blew up - scam. The Georgia Police Chief is justified in firing his officer. He could never be trusted in court. Every attorney in Georgia would cite this case of fraud to free their clients on reasonable doubt. This man could NOT carry a Badge or Gun & be trusted. Furthermore, the hours of wasted public time & resources devoted to this scam is a testament to the state of America today. This can be debated for hours, but the bottom line is a behavioral issue. Tom Biscardi played right into this fraud & heightened it further to extend the cash cow. These 3 individuals should be held accountable for the claims of discovery, lies, wasted time, wasted resources, & fraud for any monetary gain established thereof. Jail is not an effective punishment unless you really take a chunk out of ones life. 30 days in jail would be a joke for these guys, considering how much money changed hands. The real punishment should be monetary. The best way to hit these guys hard, is in the pocket book. A very large fine imposed would cause them to pay for years. You cannot claim bankruptcy on State/Federal ordered fines & restitution.....like I said years of wage garnishment. That would ensure that these 3 would never waste our time again AND send a message to the potential fraudsters - We are tired of your bullshizzle.
