Maxine Waters wants you to know she's "not afraid of anybody" -- least of all, the tea party, whom she says can go "straight to Hell." Maxine Waters, a Democratic US Rep, has been accused of at least one ethics violation for her efforts to help a bank that was connected to her husband, reports the LA Times. According to sources, the longtime L.A. representative will fight the allegations in a House trial.
