Cleveland voters have overwhelmingly elected Mayor Frank Jackson to a second term. Jackson easily defeated his challenger, former city councilman Bill Patmon. Jackson ran on his record of keeping the city's budget balanced without layoffs while other big cities are struggling with finances. During his victory speech, Jackson said he will not stop to savor his win. WKSU's Kevin Niedermier reports.
