Tempe Mayor Hugh Hallman says he will take the “next few weeks” to decide on whether to run for Congress this year.
Hallman could run in the Republican primary for the new 9th Congressional District. That district includes Tempe, Ahwatukee, South Scottsdale, parts of Chandler, Phoenix and Mesa and Paradise Valley. It also includes the main campus of Arizona State University.
