Omaha Mayor Mike Fahey, today, unveiled a drawing of the proposed baseball stadium to be built just north of downtown Omaha. Omaha Mayor Mike Fahey said at a press conference today (which I listened to live on AM 590) that the College World Series is "moving downtown." The College World Series plans to end its relationship with Rosenblatt Stadium following the 2010 tournament. Fahey also said that the NCAA is willing to provide Omaha with 20-year contract that extends through 2030.
