It's going to be a long, cold wait for people hoping to see the former governor of Alaska and Republican Vice-Presidential candidate.  Inside the Coeur d'Alene Fred Meyer, staff are still preparing.  Over 1,000 Sarah Palin supporters are expected to be in line by Thursday...
