On Saturday (February 4) the former Spice Girl relaxed by the water with her children Madison , 5 months, Angel , 4, Phoenix , 12, and husband Stephen Belafonte . Mel B is the latest Spice Girls alum to give birth this year. Friday morning, the singer took to Twitter to announce she and hubby Stephen Belafonte had welcomed a little girl. Melanie Brown says she's losing her baby weight following the Jenny Craig diet.
