News and opinions about TV actress Melinda Culea. According to Wikipedia: Melinda Culea is an American actress best known for playing reporter Amy Allen in the first season and a half of The A-Team. Introduced in the Pilot film, Culea complained that her character had very little to do. Reportedly, star George Peppard did not like a female lead being part of the show, and made his feelings quite clear. Culea was ultimately dropped from the series.
