                           If you have ever suffered from Anxiety or Panic Attacks, then you know all too well the symptoms that occur when an attack comes on.  For me, it was an overwhelming feeling of nervousness, my heart would start racing and I would feel "Hot Flushes" on my body followed by waves of anxiety.
