Kate Winslet has split from her Oscar-winning director husband Sam Mendes , Sky News reports. Their lawyer, Keith Schilling , has confirmed that the couple separated earlier this year, and has said in a statement that it was “entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement” and that both Kate and Sam are “fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children.” It was 34-year-old Kate’s second marriage.
